Jen Meyer is an ACSM and Flexibility for Athletes Certified Personal Trainer, Spinning Instructor and Yoga Teacher (200 RYT) who has created STUDIOXYGEN to share her holistic approach to training with a broad range of clients.
“My goal is to inspire people to stay committed to health and wellness. I want each client to finish a workout feeling energized yet relaxed. And, I believe that comes from creating programs that aim to bring body, mind and spirit back in balance.”
Jen has worked in a variety of fitness environments and continues to work with individuals and groups in their homes and at the Sakonnet Point Club, the Little Compton Community Center, Innerlight Center for Yoga and Meditation, ABC Studio @ Four Corners Fitness and the Little Compton Wellness Center.
Jen is also currently pursuing a Physical Therapy Assistant degree at CCRI.
