Training

A variety of services are available to meet clients’ needs including individual, duet and semi-private personal training and yoga sessions*.  Frequency discounts -- SAVE 10% on a 10-pack of sessions -- as well as specialized training packages are also available. 

* Duet or semi-private (3-4 people) sessions are a great opportunity for couples, friends or co-workers with common fitness levels and objectives who are looking for more individualized attention than a group class environment.  It’s a fun, inspiring and affordable way to work together to stay motivated and achieve your goals.
